Re-sending Packages

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail. If they are unable to get an answer at your door, they will leave a card requesting you to collect from their local depot.

If you don't collect within 5 days, they will send the package back to the warehouse. There is a charge of £5.95 to re-send the package to you.

Please use the original PayPal account that you used to order the fancy dress.
